Move Out Cleaning Checklist

Entire Home

  • Dust all ceiling fans, air vents and mini-blinds.
  • Wet wipe open shelves, inside of cabinet shelves and inside of drawers.
  • Dust baseboards, door facings, frames and window sills.
  • Clean mirrors and glass shelves or cabinet doors.
  • Wet wipe baseboards.
  • Collect and dispose of all trash to your trash bin (4 bags of garbage included).

Bathrooms

  • Clean and shine the bathroom tile, tubs, shower doors, commodes, sinks and counter tops.
  • Remove all mildew buildup.
  • Polish/shine mirrors and all bathroom fixtures.
  • Wet wipe inside and outside of bathroom cabinets.

Kitchen

  • Clean the oven and under the stove top
  • Clean the inside, top, front and sides of the refrigerator.
  • Clean the front of the dishwasher.
  • Clean the microwave inside and out.
  • Wet wipe inside and outside of kitchen cabinets.
  • Remove dust and wipe the pantry shelves.
  • Sweep and damp mop all of the floors
  • Vacuum all of the carpeted areas.
