This is up to you. Most of our customers are not home when we are cleaning. You just need to make sure that either the alarm system is off on the cleaning day or we have the entry code. - Do I have to provide the key?
No, but if you want to, you may provide us with the key. You may also leave it at some safe, accessible place outside your house or you may wait for our team to arrive. Either way is fine as long as you feel it is the safest way. Providing us the key would make things easier and you wouldn't have to worry about forgetting it. If you do choose to provide the key to us, it will be coded and stored in our office at a key safe that only management will have access to. On the day of your cleaning, the team leader will be given the key in the morning and it will have to be returned to management at the end of the workday. - Who will be cleaning my home?
